Jerome and Justin are back for the second PWP podcast of 2011. With a lack of news this week, the duo discusses some of the events they’re looking forward to this year. Because of Wrestlemania being in Atlanta this year, Justin certainly does have a great deal to look forward to. Jerome and Justin reveal what matches they think will take place during the biggest wrestling weekend of the year. Some recent that’s been watched is also discussed in a fun, breezy show to start the new year.

As we mention many times on the show, we want questions, comments, and feedback for next week’s show. It’s a mailbag edition of the show.  Please be sure to leave comments underneath or send us tweets OR even send us e-mail at prowrestlingponderings@gmail.com . Anyway you slice it, next week is your week. PARTICIPATE!

  1. We asked for questions, not answers. But thanks for bailing our lazy asses out. Moreso Justin>

  2. If Jericho can comeback, Jericho vs. Undertaker.
Is it me or nobody cares about AJPW anymore?

  3. @b2u I care about All Japan, but I guess that is why I run the Puroresu website, lol.

    Question:
Alright why was this a prediction, but with the Sting/Taker pic above why was there no mention of it? That actually got me sort of going thinking that I know there may not be too much of a chance of it happening, but what if? It would definitely send the wrestling world (universe :P) in a loop.
But really who is Taker going to face, Brock Lesnar’s name is still floating around, if not him then who? And do you see his record continuing on if he faces someone who is worldly renown.

  4. GST stuck the picture in there randomly. We’ll address the picture on the show first thing. Got some great questions in this comment section and through the e-mail. Keep’em coming!

  5. Ha. Ha. You guys are hilarious with your jokes. British cages don’t have doors because we’re not too fat to climb out of them. Wade did the right thing and he would have gotten away with it too if not for that pesky CM Punk.

  6. Oh Matt. Hey buddy. Well, this is awkward. Ummmm… luv ya.:)
Also, I’d do the same thing Punk did. It’s a Chicago thing. We have a bias against you Brits.

  7. Questions…
What was the first wrestling show you ever went to and what can you remember from it?
If you could be a wrestler, what would your name/character be?
Considering all the hate for TNA, how would you fix it? Can you come up with a storyline that would make TNA work, based off of where it currently is?
How do you guys think DGUSA is working out? What do you think the relationship should be between DG and DGUSA? Which wrestlers would you like to transfer from Japan to USA (and vice versa)?
What’s your favourite wrestling costume? The traditional wrestling trunks? The body suit? And who had/has the greatest costume of all time?
How long can Cena last as the (super)hero of WWE? Do they need such a strong hero character?
Can you invent a new match stipulation? Or alter an existing one?
