The reason why the Cole/Lethal Quarter-Final match is in Toronto is because Cole is doing a Wrestling Cares Show in California the same day as Manhattan Mayhem V, meaning he’s not even going to be there. BJ Whitmer is on that same Wrestling Cares Show as well, which I assume spoils his tournament match with Bennett.
