There are just 11 Days until our 4th Women’s Superstars United Show for 2019.
Friday, June 7th we present ONCE MORE, WITH FEELING. We’re pretty excited for the event and hope you are too. We took over running WSU this year when we realized how inconsistent the landscape was for a platform for women’s wrestlers in the Northeast. The changes in format and new talent initiative are a big part of helping to cultivate, grow, and support all the amazing talent from around the area.
Next Friday is an important day. Since WSU moved from the New York City area to the Philadelphia area in 2013, this will be the first time since that 4 full shows have been held in the first half of the year. and the first time since 2016 that 4 shows have been held at all. In time where the Women’s Revolution was occurring, the world of independent wrestling seemed to disappear. That shouldn’t be the case.
We share this statistic with you because we want everyone, fans of women’s wrestling, folks in the greater Philadelphia area, and especially all the amazing female talent to know that WSU is committed to growing with you. Without great talent and great fans, no organization can exist.
Women’s Superstars United is your company. Your love, your passion, your posts, messages, and retweets – they all help build the best platform for female athletes in the Northeast. Thanks for going on this wacky journey with us.
