Beyond Wrestling’s Uncharted Territory Season 1 Episode 16: John Silver vs. Leyla Hirsch
In one of the best matches from season 1 of Beyond Wrestling’s weekly live show, Uncharted Territory, the Beyond veteran John Silver took on the fairly newcomer, Leyla Hirsch. After losing her debut match in Beyond Wrestling, Hirsch had something to prove in her match against one of the top dogs in Beyond Wrestling. Hirsch is one to keep an eye out for in the upcoming year.
Beyond Wrestling’s Secret Show Boston: SLITHER (Joey Janela and Chris Dickinson) vs. The Butcher and The Blade
If you watched Beyond Wrestling’s Uncharted Territory season 1, you would know that SLITHER F*CKS! The team of Beyond Wrestling’s two top stars, Joey Janela and Chris Dickinson took on the fairly new tag team to Beyond, The Butcher and the Blade. The match took place at Beyond Wrestling’s Secret Show Boston, an event where despite the whole card being kept a secret, was a sell out.
Beyond Wrestling’s Somebody’s Farewell, Probably: EYFBO (Santana and Ortiz) vs. The Beaver Boys (John Silver and Alex Reynolds)
Before they wrestled eachother this past Wednesday, Santana and Ortiz squared off against the Beaver Boys to see who can claim the title of the Ace tag team of Beyond Wrestling. Beyond Wrestling played a big part in both of these teams careers. Since debuting for Beyond, EYFBO went on to become 4x Impact Wrestling Tag Team Champions and now wrestle for All Elite Wrestling, while the Beaver Boys recently had matches for both WWE and AEW within a month of eachother. Evolve 81: Donovan Dijak vs. Keith Lee
In a match that was also seen on Wednesday, Dominik Dijakovic (fka Donovan Dijak) faced off against Keith Lee on NXT in what was advertised as the rubber match between the two. Before both men were battling in NXT, they were tearing it up across the globe in different promotions such as Beyond Wrestling (they were the first to do this matchup), AAW and PWG. Lee and Dijak also faced off in Evolve in Orlando during WrestleMania 33 weekend. Check out their match from Evolve 81.
Ring of Honor Death Before Dishonor 2019: RUSH vs. Matt Taven
In a match that happened fairly recent at ROH Death Before Dishonor 2019 on September 27th, RUSH challenged Ring of Honor World Champion Matt Taven, with the title on the line. Taven went into this match having defeated top stars including Alex Shelley, PCO and an undefeated Jeff Cobb. The challenger, RUSH was coming into this match undefeated in singles matches since joining the Ring of Honor roster. Check out these two men do battle for the Ring of Honor World Championship.
AAW Bad Times At The Blue Genie: Sami Callihan vs. Darby Allin
Before Darby Allin was challenging for the AEW World Championship, he took on Impact Wrestling star Sami Callihan for the AAW Heavyweight Championship. This championship match headlined the Chicago based promotion, AAW’s return to Austin, Texas. Callihan was going into this match having defeated Brody King for the championship, and successfully defending it against Jake Something and David Starr. Darby Allin tries to end the title reign of “the draw” and become the holder of the big f’n belt.
F1RST Wrestling Wrestlepalooza XIV: Darby Allin vs. The Great Sasuke
Continuing with the Darby Allin love, Allin took on Japanese legend the Great Sasuke earlier in the year at F1RST Wrestling’s Wrestlepalooza XIV event. The Great Sasuke made a rare United States appearance to take on the then Evolve superstar in front of a Minneapolis crowd. Watch this match as high-flying risk takers from different generations go to war.
