AAW The Art Of War 2020: Kris Statlander vs. Jody Threat
Kris Statlander took on Jody Threat at AAW’s The Art of War earlier this year. This would be a first time meeting between these two and it is for the AAW Women’s Championship. This was also the last AAW event to take place before the pandemic shut down the United States. The match starts off with a “boop that nose” chant. That’s just the beginning of this title match.
Beyond Wrestling Uncharted Territory Season 1 Episode 9: To Infinity And Beyond (Cheech and Colin Delaney) vs. Bear Country (Bear Beefcake and Bear Bronson)
Before Bear Country were the Aces of Beyond Wrestling’s tag team division, Bear Country had to prove themselves against some of the best tag teams in independent wrestling. They took on To Infinity and Beyond’s Cheech and Colin Delaney on Episode 9 of the premiere season of Uncharted Territory. This was Bear Country’s fourth match in Beyond and they had already taken out the teams of Milk Chocolate, The Butcher and The Blade, and the Beaver Boys. Hope that Beyond Wrestling is able to bring back Uncharted Territory in the near future.
Beyond Wrestling Sodom And Gomorrah: The Butcher and The Blade (Andy Williams and Pepper Parks) vs. Team Tremendous (Bill Carr and Dan Barry)
In a match that took place nearly a year ago, The Butcher and The Blade took on Team Tremendous at Beyond Wrestling’s Sodom And Gomorrah. The show took place at the House of Independents in Asbury Park, New Jersey as a double header with GCW. If you want to see four big dudes battle it out with each other, this is the match for you.
FSW Natural Born Killers: “Filthy” Tom Lawlor vs. Douglas James
Future Stars of Wrestling’s Natural Born Killers took place on July 5th, 2019. Here’s a match that many say stole the show that night. This is a hard hitting, physical match with a lot of technical wrestling involved. Make sure to watch this incredible match. Highly recommend.
FSW One For The Ages: Matt Hardy vs. Brian Cage
Another Future Stars of Wrestling match, but this time it’s a huge throwback. Going back 5 years ago, Matt Hardy took on Brian Cage in a TLC Match for the FSW Heavyweight Championship. Check out the two men battle it out, in a match that Matt Hardy is all to familiar with. Taking place long before they both would appear for AEW on Wednesday nights.
