At GCW’s D.O.A. event in Detroit, HoodFoot was scheduled for a Deathmatch against SLADE. This would be cut short as HoodFoot would suffer stabs with a broken light tube that cut him deeply. After being rushed to a local hospital, Brett Lauderdale would take to Twitter and provide the following update:

Deathmatch wrestler Randi West would elaborate that HoodFoot would need both internal stitches and external staples for his lacerations. With HoodFoot originally scheduled for action at Rock-N-Roll Forever on July 3rd, no replacement has been named as of posting. There is also no replacements named for his matches with The Carver, Randi West and Bobby Beverly over ICW No Holds Barred’s Deathmatch Circus Weekend.

While it seems HoodFoot will be out of action for the foreseeable future, you can still support him through his Brainbuster store, his Cashapp ($mauricebelafonte), and his PayPal (hdlumcoast@gmail.com).

We at PWPonderings wish HoodFoot a healthy and speedy recovery!
