As first reported here at PWPonderings, Alex Hammerstone reportedly did suffer an injury at the MLW War Chamber taping. PWInsider reports that Hammerstone was hurt during the show, but it was not serious. It may have been a pulled groin and he is not expected to miss any time. The MLW World Champion worked a short match two nights later in Philadelphia at the Battle Riot V tapings.

The report also noted that MLW is in discussions about potential partners for its reported hopes for a live PPV this summer. Sources in the company believe that they will get a deal done and have a live show scheduled in the next three to four months. A new event has been advertised on MLW.com. Tickets will be going on sale on April 21st at 10:00 am EST. MLW Never Say Never will be held on July 8th at the 2300 Arena in Philadelphia, however it remains to be seen if this is the live PPV event MLW is aiming for. The event is currently being advertised as a TV Taping

We will provide more updates as they come along.
