Richard Holliday shocked everyone at the Golden Eagle in Worcester, MA returning at Beyond Wrestling’s “Thirty (+under)”!

Holliday had to step away from wrestling September of 2022 when he was diagnosed with stage four Hodgkin’s lymphoma. At the time he was currently signed to MLW. Throughout the course of his chemotherapy treatment, his sole focus was beating this cancer and returning to the ring. In February of this year, Holliday announced he has completed his treatment.

News broke on April 19th of this year that Holliday officially became a free agent! Since then many wondered if and when Holliday would return. Holiday answered those questions Sunday night.

Holliday came out after the main event between The Miracle Ones & Stetson Ranch with Alec Price. He interrupted the attack on Ichiban being administered by Stetson Ranch. Alec Price had a chair in his hand, but was reluctant to hit Ichiban. Holliday took the chair from Price. He teased siding with Stetson Ranch as if he was going to hit Ichiban, until he cleared Stetson Ranch out of the ring instead sending them running

Holliday then set up a chair in the ring. He acknowledged and praised The Miracle Ones, who were still in the ring. He proceeded to thank the crowd and went through his history with Beyond Championship Wrestling. He told the crowd his cancer is in remission and that there is no other place he’d rather return to than Beyond Wrestling! Holliday last wrestled with the company on 12/30/2021.

The crowd embraced Holliday and chanted welcome back. He then raised the hands of The Miracle Ones as the show came to a close. His surprise return and moment with The Miracle Ones was a great way to end the show!
