The season finale of MLW Underground TV on Reelz starts off with clips from last weeks Battle Riot V match. We see Alex Kane’s journey from entering # 1 to winning it and celebrating with the Bomaye Fight Club. From there we go into the intro music for the show.

Announce Team for show are Joe Dombrowski and Matt Striker. Now in the arena, Dombrowski says how the 2300 Arena is sold out in South Philly and the crowd is electric. Dombrowksi announces this is the season finale of Underground TV on Reelz. MLW National Openweight Championship Match is announced and hyped as John Hennigan (c) takes on Jacob Fatu. We are also told there is a big announcement coming up from MLW CEO Court Bauer. As well as the MLW Tag Team Championship on the line between The Samoan SWAT Team (c) and Mane Event.

Alec Kane and BFC come out to a big ovation. Alex Kane and Mr Thomas make their way to the ring. Matt Striker talks how the whole Bomaye movement started here in this building.

Alex Kane said MLW has been doing him dirty. He says Bomaye is for the people. Mr Thomas said he is upset with being overlooked! No one is stronger than him or better than him in the ring.

Hammerstone comes out and hits BFC members coming towards him on his way to the ring.

 

Alex Hammerstone vs Mr Thomas:

Match starts off with Mr Thomas attacking Hammerstone as we go to commercial break. Back from break Alex Kane joins the commentary team. The match is a quick match as Hammerstone gets Thomas up in the Nightmare Pendelum and hits it for the three count.

Result: Alex Hammerstone defeats Mr Thomas via pinfall.

 

Hammerstone is clearly not 100% and his injury from War Chamber is still showing. His leg was taped and he is favoriting it after the match. BFC leaves while Hammerstone is still in the ring. The Calling comes out and Hammerstone hits two masked henchmen that were trying to come up to the ring. The Samoan SWAT Team comes out and starts battling with rest of The Calling on top of the ramp. Officials try to restore order as the fighting continues into the back.

We get an announcement from MLW CEO Court Bauer that MLW’s Never Say Never on July 8th is going to be a live ppv event on FITE+.

We are shown clips from last week’s Battle Riot V. Camera then goes to Mance Warner who cuts a promo on Sam Adonis.

Back to arena, we are set for the next match. Mane Event comes out first followed by the MLW Tag Team Champions the Samoan SWAT Team. We are then shown replay of the fight that broke out before between The Calling and the Samoan SWAT Team.

 

MLW Tag Team Championship: The Samoan SWAT Team (Lance Anoa’i & Juicy Finau) (c) vs Mane Event (Midas Black & Jay Lyon):

Match starts off quick with Mane Event taking control as we go to commercial break. We get a commercial for July 8th Never Say Never live event. Back from commercial break and in the ring Mane Event is still in control using quick tags and keeping Lance Anoa’i away from his partner.

Momentum finally changes when Juicy Finau gets in the ring and does a cross body on both Lyon and Black. Samoan SWAT Team hits the Polynesian Plunge for the 3 count. We are shown clips from the match.

Results: Samoan SWAT Team defeats Mane Event via pinfall.

 

New season of MLW Fusion and Opera Cup are advertised for this summer. We get the history behind the Opera Cup. A video package is shown of  The Calling in the War Chamber and damage they did to Second Gear Crew. B3CCA vs Britney Blake is being advertised as next. We go to a commercial break.

We get another commercial from MLW’s Never Say Never on July 8th. Now back from the break we get another replay of The Calling and Samoan SWAT Team brawling earlier.

Britney Blake comes out and then B3CCA comes out with mic. She asks the crowd if they’re having a good time? She starts singing on the mic but crowd boos her. Now in the ring, B3CCA attempts to sing again and gets booed again.

 

B3CCA vs Britney Blake:

Blake and B3CCA go back and forth in the early going. Blake falls to outside of the ring. B3CCA goes for dive through the ropes but Blake hits her and takes control of the match. Becca makes a comes back and works Blake over in the corner. During the action the MLW National Openweight Championship Main Event is promoted and hyped up by Dombrowski.

B3CCA hits a drop kick from top rope. Then hits an awkward somersault senton outside ring onto Blake. B3CCA hits a crossbody from the top rope for a 2 count. Blake makes a short comeback but B3CCA quickly takes back control. B3CCA hits a 450 splash for the three count. We get replay of finish.

Result: B3CCA defeats Britney Blake via pinfall.

 

Dombrowski says Delmi Exo has signed with MLW. We go to the back where Sam Laterna is with Exo who cuts promo saying she wants and is coming for the Women’s Featherweight Title.

A huge match is announced for the July 8th Never Say Never PPV on FITE+. It’s a MLW World Championship Match between Alex Hammerstone (c) and Alex Kane! We are then shown replay of final four from Battle Riot V last week.

Camera goes to the back showing Hennigan getting ready for his match with Jacob Fatu. That match is scheduled next as we go to break.

Back from break the camera cuts to a brawl in the back between The Samoan SWAT Team and The FBI. New Season of MLW Fusion and July 8th Never Say Never PPV are promoted again. Now a tale of the tape for the main event is shown.

Announcer Mike Falvo is in the ring and introduces Jacob Fatu. He gets ambushed and attacked from behind from The Calling. He is laid out on the ramp, while officials tend to him and we go off the air.

This was an action packed hour and a great season finale of MLW Underground TV.
