Matches Announced For Roderick Strong’s Return To Independent Wrestling

Roderick Strong’s first two matches in his return to independent wrestling have been announced. The recent AEW signee is also taking independent wrestling bookings and two promotions were quick to announce him for upcoming shows.

First, Strong will compete against Kevin Blackwood at the upcoming Prestige Wrestling event “Black Sunshine.” The show will take place at The Globe Theatre in Los Angeles, California on Sunday June 18th. The event will live stream on IWTV at 7pm PST. Tickets available at PrestigeWrestling.net.

Following his first match back to independent wrestling in 7 years, “The Messiah of The Back Breaker” will take on “Speedball” Mike Bailey. At Wrestling REVOLVER’s “Cage Of Horrors” on July 1st, the two will face off in what is being billed as a Dream Match. The event will happen at the Horizon Events Center in Clive, Iowa.
