In the main event of tonight’s Premiere Streaming Network Showcase event, Matt Cardona took on two other competitors for the Inaugural Premier Men’s World Championship. As previously reported on PWPonderings.com, Cardona was supposed to face Colt Cabana; however, Cabana could not make it due to all flights from Canada to New York being grounded because of the weather.
Earlier in the night it was announced that the Jacob Fatu vs. Charles Mason match will now be a triple threat match to include Cardona for not just the Premier Men’s World Championship but for Cardona’s HOG World Championship as well.
It was an action-packed match and an excellent main event. In the end, Cardona needed help to pull out the victory. That help came from the newly crowned Premier Women’s World Champion, Steph De Lander. De Lander was victorious in her match earlier against Rachel Ellering.
The Deathmatch King & Queen now has more gold to add to their collection. It would be hard to argue that this duo has become the most dominant duo in Indy Wrestling.
