HOG Tag Team Champions Mane Event (Midas Black & Jay Lyon) were successful in their title defense against the Grizzled Young Veterans (James Drake & Zack Gibson) last night at House Of Glory’s “The Darkest Hour” event.
After the match, Midas Black grabbed the mic and acknowledged GYV for a hard-fought match. Black and Lyon then proceeded to state that to be the best Tag Team; they must beat the best Tag Teams out there.
Earlier in the night, it was announced HOG’s next event will be called BRACE FOR IMPACT, taking place on January 6, 2023, with Josh Alexander set to debut.
Mane Event would talk about Josh Alexander from IMPACT appearing at the next show and called out IMPACT Tag Team Champions ABC (Ace Austin and Chris Bey) to show up too and face them in a match.
While it is not clear if ABC will accept their challenge, based on who already is showing up and the name of the next event, there is a good chance we may get that incredible showdown.
