We get a video package showing the history of the World Titan Federation. From there, we go into the intro for this show special.

The announce team for this episode are Matt Striker and Joe Dombrowski. Dombrowski talks about the card for tonight’s show. From there, we go to the ring announcer for the opening contest.

Six-Way Scramble Match: Akira vs. Alec Price vs. Brett Ryan Gosselin vs. Nolo Kitano vs. J Boujii vs. Love Doug

Akira is introduced first. The crowd is cheering for him. We are shown a clip from two weeks ago when RSP shaved Akira’s head. The remaining contestants came down, starting with Love Doug, Alec Price, J Boujji, Nolo Kitano, and the last to be introduced was Brett Ryan Gosselin. Love Doug didn’t let Gosselin even get down the ramp by attacking him on stage as the match begins.

Five competitors each put a sleeper hold on each other. Nolo Kitano hits a missile drop kick to break it up. A sack filled with candy is bought into the ring, and Akira uses it as a weapon. Gosselin takes the bag from Akira, Love Doug spears Gosselin and then places a sack over Gosselin. He superkicks him with Akira. Akira then kisses Doug. Price hits a tornado DDT on Kitano from the ropes. Price hits a splash over the top rope onto four other competitors outside the ring. Back in the ring, it’s Akira and Price fighting. Akira hits the Death Penalty on Price for the three-count.

Result: Akira wins the Six-Man Scramble Match after Akira pins Alec Price.

After the match, Akira pulls up a chair and mic and talks to the fans about RSP and The Calling. Akira calls out RSP. The Calling comes to the ring. He fends off Cannonball, but the numbers became too much. RSP and Akira start slapping each other. RSP hits raven effect ddt and stands over Akira. Akira kicks RSP low. RSP tries leaving the ring as Akira tries pulling him back. Officials came down to separate the two.

Cameras are in the back as Salina de la Renta prepares for her match. She’s taking to Rocky Romero, Jesus Rodriguez, and Janai Kai. Salina noticed a brown sack on the chair. She became upset, asking them who put it there. Everyone denied it. Salina storms off, saying she has to find out who did it. Dombrowski promotes Fatu Vs. Hammerstone, later in the episode.

Back from the break, the next match is set to begin. It’s a triple-threat match in the Featherweight Division.

Triple Threat Match: Zayda Steel vs. Tiara James vs. Notorious Mimi

Tiara James comes out first, followed by Notorious Mimi. Before Zayda Steel is introduced, we get a pre-recorded segment with her and MSL in the dressing room. Steel said Christmas is coming up this year, and she’s been extra good. MSL interrupts and says you’ve been extra naughty, too. You’re on both lists.

She talks about wanting a Featherweight Championship Match. MSL seems hesitant to contact Salina about a match with the champion, Janai Kai. Steel reminded MSL that, as her promoter, he should be able to make that happen. He said he’ll make a call to Salina. Back to the arena, Steel comes down to the ring with MSL.

Mimi and Steel are pulling each other’s hair and slapping each other when James hits a double dropkick to both of them from the second turnbuckle. James is now in control. She hit an overhead neck breaker to Steel and had the pinfall; however, MSL pulled James’ leg from under the rope, taking her off of Steel. Off the distraction, Steel hits her I’m Prettier finisher on James to pick up the pinfall.

Result: Zayda Steel defeats Tiara James and Notorious Mimi after Steel pins Tiara James.

MSL and Steel celebrate together in the ring and on the ring ramp. We get a commercial for Janai Kai vs Hyper Misao at MLW’s Kings Of Colosseum for the Featherweight Championship. Dombrowski then promotes the match for the event on January 6th. He goes over the upcoming MLW event schedule. Another commercial airs for Arteca Lucha on May 11th in Chicago.

The main event is promoted again as we are shown what transpired between Hammerstone and Fatu at MLW One-Shot, setting up a match tonight.

A video shows the Battle Royal on the last episode of Fusion, where Bishop throws Justice over the top rope and through a table to win the match, which sets up this match that we are about to see

Matthew Justice vs. Josh Bishop

Justice and Bishop go back and forth with each other. The match makes its way to outside the ring. Justice jumps from the ring apron onto Bishop, who catches him and rams his back into the ring post. Justice grabs a chair from under the ring and hits Bishop with it. Bishop comes back and clotheslines Justice with a chair. Bishop brings chairs and a table into the ring. The ref appears to be letting everything go.

MSL distracts Justice when he goes to the top rope. Bishop grabbed the table and used it as a weapon against Justice. Justice comes back with a spear for a two-count. MSL grabs Justice’s leg, and off the distraction, Bishop picks Justice up and power-bombs him into the table set up in the corner for three.

Result: Josh Bishop defeats Matthew Justice.

As Bishop makes his way up the ramp to the back, Justice comes and hits him from behind. They continued to fight to the back.

We go to the back where Salina de la Renta poses and then beats up Charlie, the cameraman, stating that’s what will happen to Ichiban tonight.

We get a video package showing the feud between Kevin Blackwood and Tony Deppen. Dombrowski announces that match for tonight as we go to a commercial break.

Back from the break, the next match is about to begin…

Tony Deppen (w/ TJ Crawford & Griffin McCoy) vs. Kevin Blackwood

The match starts quickly, with Blackwood taking the fight to Deppen before the announcer even gets out of the ring. Deppen exposes the top turnbuckle. McCoy and Crawford try to get involved but get knocked off the ring apron by Blackwood. Blackwood has Deppen in an ankle lock that Deppen rolls out of, causing Blackwood to go headfirst into the exposed turnbuckle. Deppen then rolls up Blackwood for the pinfall in a quick match.

Result: Tony Deppen defeats Kevin Blackwood.

We are shown Richard Holliday returning at MLW One-Shot. We go to an interview where Zayda Steel interviews Holliday. He talks about why he signed with WTF. Steel and Holliday cut a promo on the NYC crowd and Kane.

Next, Dombrowski goes over the Kings Of Colosseum card, including the return of Matt Riddle, as he takes on Jacob Fatu. We go to a commercial break.

In the arena the next match is set to begin…

Triple Threat Tornado Tag Team Match: The Mane Event (Midas Black & Jay Lyon) vs. Griffin McCoy & TJ Crawford vs. Wasted Youth (Marcus Mathers & Dyln McKay)

McCoy and Crawford take early control. Black hits a double drop kick from the top rope on McCoy and Blackwood. The action was fast-paced throughout the match. Mathers hit a 450 splash on Black to get the three count and to earn his team a future Tag Team Championship match.

Result: Wasted Youth defeated The Mane Event & Griffin McCoy & TJ Crawford, Mathers pinned Black.

Cameras catch up with Bishop and Justice fighting on the roof. Officials are trying to break them up. Justice lays Bishop on a table and then climbs up the roof ladder and hits a flying elbow onto Bishop. We go to a commercial break.

The history is shown between Love, Doug, and Brett Ryan Gosselin. Dombrowski hypes up their Love Is Blind match at MLW’s Kings Of Colosseum. Back in the arena, the next match is set to begin.

Jesus Rodriguez introduces Salina de la Renta, accompanied by Rocky Romero and Janai Kai. Next, Rodriguez hilariously introduces Ichiban.

Intergender Match: Salina de la Renta vs. Ichiban

The match begins with Salina summoning Romero, Kai, and Rodriguez to try to attack Ichiban. He fights them off, and Salina then sprays something in Ichiban’s face, causing the ref to disqualify Salina.

Result: Ichiban defeats Salina de la Renta via DQ.

All four ambush and beat up on Ichiban. The officials try to break it up as Romero takes Ichiban’s mask off his face. Mascara Dorada comes down and runs off all four as Ichiban remains in the ring as we go to a commercial break.

Back from the break, we are shown clips of Justice and Bishop fighting on the roof. This takes us into our next match for the MLW Tag Team Championship.

MLW Tag Team Championship Match: Second Gear Crew (1 Called Manders & Masked Good Brother III) (c) vs. Bomaye Fight Club (Alex Kane & Mr. Thomas)

The matchup begins with some grappling between Kane and Good Brother III. Then, both begin to hit elbows and lay chops on each other.

A double tag is made, and now Manders and Thomas begin chopping each other. Thomas gets the better of the exchange. Kane and Good Brother start battling outside. Then both SGC members hit a double suplex on Mr Thomas from the top turnbuckle. Thomas makes a tag to Kane. Kane fights both SGC members. Kane hits Manders with a body splash on the ring apron. Kane had Manders in an ankle lock when Steel and MSL came down from WTF to cause distraction. Richard Holliday comes down, and Kane begins fighting outside the ring with him, causing the ref to call for the bell.

Result: Tag Team Championship Match ends in a No Contest.

In the ring Lawlor and Bishop from the WTF are in the ring with chairs, battling SGC and BFC members as officials try to break it up. Dombroswki promotes the MLW World Title Match at Kings Of Colosseum.

A camera catches an exchange between Janai Kai and Delmi Exo. Kai asks Exo how she’s doing, but references to her as former champ. This upsets Exo and causes the two to start fighting as officials break them apart. Two masked men from Aztec Lucha come in and hand Exo an envelope. Dombrowski asks what could be in the envelope and then announces the main event between Hammerstone and Kane coming up next as we go to a commercial break.

Back from the break, we are shown clips of previous action from the last match. Dombrowski announces Second Gear Crew vs. World Title Federation for the MLW Tag Team Championships at MLW Kings Of Colosseum.

It’s main event time!

Jacob Fatu vs. Alex Hammerstone (w/MSL)

We start with both competitors feeling each other out. The crowd is behind Fatu. Fatu takes control of the action and hits a suicide dive between the second rope onto Hammerstone. Fatu hits a moonsault from the corner for a two-count. Fatu goes to hit Hammerstone in the corner, but Hammerstone pulls the ref in front of him. Off the distraction, Hammerstone hits Fatu with a pump kick. He has now taken control of the match.

There were many nearfalls. Hammerstone works the crowd as the crowd chants, “Steriods!” Fatu makes a comeback hitting a super hurricanrana from the top rope on Hammerstone.

Fatu goes up to the top turnbuckle as Hammerstone pushes the ref into the ring ropes, causing Fatu to fall. Hammerstone hits a massive belly-to-belly from the top rope on Fatu for the closest near fall yet!

Hammerstone hits the nightmare pendulum for another near fall! The crowd chants, “This is awesome!”

Fatu comes back and hits the alley uce and double spring moonsault. Shortly after, Fatu hits a Samoan spike and then another double spring moonsault to pick up the three count to get his first victory over Hammerstone.

Result: Jacob Fatu defeats Alex Hammerstone.

MSL leaves Hammerstone in the ring, and as Hammerstone leaves the ring, he and Jacob Fatu embrace for a hug outside the ring in a classic moment. Both acknowledge each other and the best they brought out in each other.

Fatu leaves as Hammerstone stays behind and grabs a mic. He says he’s not supposed to be talking right now on the mic and may get in trouble, but he has to say something. He thanked Court Bauer and MLW for taking a chance on him when no one else would. He also said that MLW turned him from a boy to the man he is today.

He said he may not be in an MLW ring for the foreseeable future, but from this point forward, he will be the guy that MLW built. The crowd starts duel chants of “Thank you, Alex” and “Hammerstone.” He said it’s not about him but the hungry boys and girls in the back. He was just a spoke on the wheel that keeps turning. He closes by telling the crowd he loves them as the crowd cheers!

Court Bauer meets Hammerstone on the entrance stage, and they hug as Bauer thanks him. From there, we go to Matt Riddle talking on Twitter about coming to MLW this new year and facing Jacob Fatu. He told Fatu I’ll see you soon, as we go off the air.
