Following Joey Janela’s victory in his match against Myron Reed at last night’s Game Changer Wrestling “No Compadre” event, Janela took to Twitter and laid out a challenge.
Janela challenged TNA star and member of The Rascalz, Trey Miguel to a match. Janela states the last time the two squared off was in 2016 at IWA Mid-South.
“I wrestled Trey Miguel and Myron Reed back 2 back days in 2016 for IWA MS at the arena.
I just started getting my name & I couldn’t remember anything from that match… I’ll remember tonight’s match forever, he’s unbelievable!
Trey wya? Tell your man Scott D’Amore to stop being a pussy..”
The former Impact World Tag Team Champion and X-Division Champion responded to Janela’s tweet. The last time Miguel competed in a GCW ring was May of 2023 against the current GCW World Champion Blake Christian.
“Bro why did I just see the clips from your match tonight and was about to tweet you the same damn thing! Hahaha”
Could we be seeing Joey Janela face Trey Miguel in a GCW ring in the near future?
