Brothers Danny and Michael Philippou, directors of A24’s Talk to Me and Bring Her Back, spoke to Bloody Disgusting’s The Boo Crew Podcast, and gave an update on the upcoming deathmatch documentary from A24.
Reportedly the documentary based on the world of deathmatch wrestling, they say is “probably about 60-70 percent” finished. The documentary was filmed at various events throughout 2024, and will also feature one of the Philippou brothers competing in a deathmatch against GCW’s Jimmy Lloyd.
Bring Her Back, which is already receiving great reviews, will release in theaters nationwide on May 30th.
