Alec Price and Jordan Oliver are going to be leaving Ohio with more championships in their bags.
In the main event of Night 1 of the 2-Day War between Game Changer Wrestling and Juggalo Championship Wrestling, taking place at The Gathering Of The Juggalos in Thornville, Ohio; Alec Price and Jordan Oliver faced off against The Brothers Of Funstruction (Ruffo The Clown and Yabo The Clown). Both teams put their respective championships on the line, the GCW World Tag Team Championships and JCW Tag Team Championships.
Taking place during the early hours of the AM, and with the crowd against them, Price and Oliver still managed to successfully defend the GCW World Tag Team Championships, while capturing new gold with the JCW Tag Team Championships. This put an end to The Brothers Of Funstruction’s title reign which lasted 159 days.
Not only did the win ring in a new title reign, but it also gave GCW the victory in Night 1 of the 2-Day War, coming out on top 4-3. The show ended with the GCW roster celebrating inside the ring with the new champions while having debris thrown at them by the rabid fans.
