Cara Noir Captures PROGRESS Men’s World Championship at Super Strong Style 16 Day 1

We have a new PROGRES Wrestling Men’s World Champion!

In the main event of “Super Strong Style 16 Day 1,” we saw Man Like DeReiss put his PROGRESS Men’s World Championship on the line against the “Royal Black Swan,” Cara Noir. Noir and DeReiss had a nearly 40-minute war in a no-disqualification match. Noir tried to bring out DeReiss’s sadistic side, to no avail. Noir wound up putting DeReiss away with a sledgehammer to the gut and a package piledriver on a pile of chairs to win the PROGRESS Men’s World Championship.

DeReiss’s reign lasted 251 days, where he picked up wins over the likes of Luke Jacobs, Bryan Keith, Darian Bengston, Tommy Billington, Charlie Sterling, Carlos Zamora, Lio Rush, Tate Mayfairs, Kid Lykos II, Tommy Tanner, Robbie X, Ethan Allen, Michael Oku, and Benjamin Harland.

This marks Noir’s second reign with the title. His first lasted 791 days, cementing himself as one of the best, if not the best, PROGRESS Men’s World Championship in the promotion’s history.

It appears that PROGRESS Wrestling is now once again in dark times as the “Royal Black Swan” has reclaimed his throne. Will anyone be able to stop the most dominant champion in PROGRESS history? Stay tuned to find out.
