The 2026 Scenic City Invitational Tournament has now come and gone, and a new face is holding the prestigious trophy for one of the biggest tournaments on the independent wrestling scene.
The finals of this tournament consisted of “The Problem” Isaiah Broner, Tyler Stevens, Joseph Alexander and Big Dave Weaver. All four men have truly been through the mill by the time the finals came around, but only one man would earn the right to call himself the winner of the 2026 Scenic City Invitational Tournament. That man would be none other than one of the most dominant people on the whole independent scene today, Isaiah Broner.
Broner punched his ticket to the four-way finals, with a win over Dimitri Alexandrov in the first round, and a win over London Lightning in the second. Come the finals, Broner first eliminated Big Dave Weaver, while Tyler Stevens eliminated Joseph Alexander. The final two in this exciting match were Broner and Stevens. The two had an exciting battle of the big men clash to end off the finals, marking perhaps one of the biggest finals in Scenic City Invitational Tournament history. Broner got the victory and earned the trophy, presented to him by last year’s winner, Jamesen Shook.
Broner now adds the 2026 Scenic City Invitational Tournament winner to his very long and growing list of accolades.
