There’s new EVE Tag Team Champions once again!
The EVE Tag Team Championships have changed hands for the second time in 48 hours, when Hai High Mate (HANAKO and MAIKA) defeated Hyperactive (Anita Vaughan and Safire Reed) at Pro Wrestling Eve’s Elite Encounters II.
Vaughan and Reed had just captured the championships this past Friday when French Art had to vacate the titles due to injury. The vacant championships were decided in a three-way tag match between Hyperactive’s Anita Vaughan and Safire Reed, NyteSkye’s Violet Nyte & Skye Smitson, and Hai High Mate’s Maika and HANAKO.
A match between Hyperactive and Hai High Mate for the championships was then made official for today’s Elite Encounters II, as Hai High Mate were never pinned in the three way match to determine the new champions. Their championship reign was short lived as the duo from Stardom was able to put the champs away.
Elite Encounters II is taking place at The Hangar in Wolverhampton, England.
