17 year old Nick Wayne will be making his DDT Pro-Wrestling Japan debut. It was originally announced back in March that Wayne would be making his Japan debut on the May 3rd show in Yokohama Budokan, but was delayed due to visa issues. You can now see him wrestling multiple DDT events in June and July.

Wayne will compete at the June 25th Korakuen Hall, July 1st Yokohama, July 2nd Osaka and July 7th Shinjuku shows.

Wayne made his DDT debut at DDT Goes Hollywood on March 30th in Los Angeles as part of GCW’s The Collective that took place during WrestleMania week. Wayne competed alongside Andrew Everett to take on the team of Takeshi Masada and Kazusada Higuchi. The following night Wayne was in another tag team match at the GCW vs DDT event. Alongside East West Express partner Jordan Oliver, the two squared off against Moonlight Express (Speedball Mike Bailey and MAO).

He was recommended to DDT by Japanese star and fellow AEW roster member Konosuke Takeshita. This will be Wayne’s second tour of Japan, as his first tour of Japan was with GCW in the fall of 2022.
