This week’s episode of MLW Fusion starts with a video package showing what lead up to tonight’s strap match between Mance Warner and Sam Adonis. From there we go into music and the intro into the show.

Now in the arena, the opening contest is about to start. Announce Team for this episode are Joe Dombrowski and Matt Striker. Introduced first is Clara Carreras. Next is Mandy Leon who is accompanied by Raven and the masked henchmen from The Calling.

Clara Carreras vs Mandy Leon:

This match was mainly a squash match for Leon. Carreras had a brief moment of offense during the match, however Leon was in control for mostly all of it.

Result: Mandy Leon defeats Clara Carreras via pinfall.

After the match while Carreras was lying out on the mat, Leon stuffed a calling card in Carreras’s mouth. While Raven flung cards at the cameraman.

Next we get a video of Mance Warner and Matthew Justice out in the parking lot waiting for 1 Called Manders. Manders shows up and brings Mancer his dad’s leather strap from 1976 to use in strap match tonight. Lance Anoai and Juicy Finau from The Samoan Swat  team bring SGC some beers and say how they appreciate and respect them. Lance and Juicy said for Mancer helping out in Fatu’s match last week, if they need anything, to let them know. Warner said, well being I helped you out last week, I see your tag team championships. He asked Juicy & Lance if they would give a title shot to Justice and Manders of SGC. Lance and Juicy accept the challenge.

Next we get video in the parking lot of Alex Hammerstone arriving and walking from his car. Dombrowski talks about Alex Kane hosting the Big Apple Grapple II as we go to a break.

Back from the break Dombroswki said a camera caught up earlier with Willie Mack and Microman together. The video shows them hanging out together eating munchkins from Dunkin Donuts. MSL yells at Microman about watching his weight and complains about him eating munchkins.

From there we go to video clips from last week’s main event between Fatu and Hennigan. Cameras then go to Fatu who cuts a promo outside pumped after winning. He says Melrose, Queens, yeah you know where it’s at! Lance and Juicy from SST join Fatu to celebrate. Fatu closes by saying they’re all strapped and bulletproof!

Next Dombroswki hypes the MLW Tag Team Title Match next week between champions, The Samoan Swat Team and Second Gear Crew. We are advised this next match was taped in Philly. It’s the strap match between Mance Warner and Sam Adonis. Sam Adonis is introduced first. Next is Mance Warner.

Strap Match – Mance Warner vs Sam Adonis:

Adonis attacks Warner before the bell. Adonis control the early going of this match. Adonis walks the ropes and hits neck breaker on Warner as we going into break.

Back from break, Adonis is still in control. Adonis uses the strap as a weapon. After going to the turnbuckle one too many times, Warner pulls the strap and flips Adonis into ring. Outside the ring, Mancer does swinging neck breaker to Adonis. Mancer has now taken control outside the ring. He throws Adonis into the guard rail and continues to whip him with the strap. Philly crowd is going crazy and clearly behind Mancer.

Warner takes a wood board from under the ring and sets it up in corner of the ring. After both tagging 3 out of the 4 corners of the ring, Warner spears Adonis through the table in the 4th corner. This causes Adonis to hit the 4th corner turnbuckle first resulting in him winning the match. Mancer is Irate and hits Adonis with the broken board on his head. We are then shown a replay of the match highlights and ending.

Result: Sam Adonis defeats Mance Warner

Next Alex Kane’s Big Apple Grapple II, looking for hoes, is promoted. Dombrowski goes through who can be backing the BFC in MLW Expose. Dan Lambert, Shane Taylor, and Wale were three names mentioned, however it is confirmed none of those three are the financial backer for BFC. Next week we will look into more names and who it can be.

We get video clips of the strap match earlier. Camera goes to the back where Mancer is upset and cuts a promo challenging Adonis to a Country Whipping Match at Never Say Never. Match is described as a lumberjack match however the lumberjacks have whips.

Clips of Delmi Exo winning the MLW title against Taya Valkyrie is shown. Sam Laterna interviews Delmi on top of the ramp. Before the interview even really starts, Valkyrie attacks her from behind. Officials pull Valkyrie away from Delmi. We get picture in picture. One side had Taya cutting promo in the backstage area and talks about rematch. While the right side shows EMT crew assisting Delmi as we go to commercial.

When we come back from the break, we get a clip of what just happened showing Valkyrie attacking Delmi. We then go to the MLW Never Say Never control center. Dombrowski announces new matches signed which are the Country Whipping  Match between Mance Warner and Sam Adonis. As well as Calvin Tankman facing champion Jacob Fatu for the National Openweight Championship. Dombrowksi goes over rest of the current card, including Delmi Exo vs Ava Everett in a title vs title match. We then go to an Ava Everett promo video as she introduces herself to the MLW crowd.

Next Alex Kane comes out with the Bomaye Fight Club. The crowd begins chanting “Bomaye.” Kane grabs mic and say Bomaye is for the people and he explains the rules for the Big Apple Grapple II. He opens a challenge to anyone in the back and Shiheghio Irie answers the call. Kane calls Irie the sad hoe that wants to work.

Alex Kane vs Shigehro Irie:

Irie begins by headbutting Kane. Kane goes outside and Irie follows. Both are battling it out on the outside of the ring with Kane getting the better. We go to the final break.

Back from the final break, Kane is in complete control of the match. Irie makes a comeback, reversing a suplex. Irie is back on the offensive. Irie does a cannonball to Kane in the corner for a near fall. Both trade forearms, then Irie hits a suplex. Both hit each other with clotheslines and end up falling down. Kane takes advantage by raking Irie’s eyes and hits the Mark of Kane finisher for the three count.

Result: Alex Kane defeats Shigehro Irie via pinfall.

We get a replay of highlights from this match. Kane takes mic again and calls out Alex Hammerstone. Hammerstone comes down and officials get in his way trying to stop him from coming down. Hammerstone said if Kane was as good at wrestling as running his mouth, he would’ve been champ 6 months ago. Hammerstone holds up title and says you want this work, I’ll bring it! The officials will not  let him come down. He walks to the back and Kane said the title is his. Hammerstone is just the placeholder! Kane exits the ring to the chants of “Bomaye” as we go off the air.
