Allie Katch is back!
On Friday, October 10th, House of Glory Wrestling returned to the NYC Arena in New York, NY, for it’s big event, “With Glory Comes Pride.” One of the big marquee matches of the night saw Indi Hartwell put her HOG Women’s Championship on the line against Zayda Steel.
However, the big story came after the match concluded when Allie Katch made her return, thwarting off a sneak attack from Steel on Hartwell.
Katch suffered a brutal leg injury back in January at GCW’s “The People vs. GCW” at the Hammerstein Ballroom. In a match against her former BUSSY tag team partner, Effy, to determine who faces GCW World Champion Mance Warner later in the evening, Allie Katch attempted a suicide dive to the outside. Katch landed awkwardly on her left leg and had to be tended to by medical staff. This marked Katch’s first time getting physical in a wrestling ring since her injury occurred 264 days ago.
Katch cut a promo saying that she’s “officially back” and she wants a shot at Hartwell’s HOG Women’s Championship. So, it appears a match between the two is officially coming soon for the top prize of the House of Glory women’s division. We don’t know when that will be, but one thing we know for sure is that Allie Katch is back.
