We have new Wrestling REVOLVER World Tag Team Champions!
At tonight’s Wrestling REVOLVER “Revolver Strong” event, live on their YouTube channel, we saw Tye or Die challenge a debuting tag team, The Outbreak, in a match for the vacant Wrestling REVOLVER Tag Team Championships. The titles were made vacant when the former champions, The Rascalz (Zachary Wentz & Dezmond Xavier) gave up the titles due to their busy schedule. Continuing to state that it would be “unfair” to the fans and tag team division for them to hold the on to the titles. They held the titles for the past 134 days, but were never once able to defend the titles, when they were all signed to All Elite Wrestling.
Ryan Matthias & KJ Reynolds, collectively known as Tye or Die, have been on a hot streak at REVOLVER. They were technically the number one contenders for the titles, earning that shot in December by defeating Alpha Sig’s Brent Oakley & KJ Jacobs. They’ve recently picked up wins over the likes of The Scorn and Sons of Mayhem. Now, they get to call themselves Wrestling REVOLVER World Tag Team Champions.
While it’s unfortunate we never once got to see The Rascalz defend those Wrestling REVOLVER World Tag Team Championships, they remain in good hands as Tye or Die are one of the hottest up-and-coming teams out in the Midwest.
