In PWPonderings’ latest exclusive interview, Ravenna Vein (@ravennavein_) sits down with Scott Mitchell (@scott44mitchell) to talk about TWE, her recent match with Cole Radrick, what it means for her to be a part of the TWE roster, Corinne Joy, forming The Thirst with Kelsey Raegan, Kenzie Paige, New South Pro, Blood & Honey, her goals, and much more. Watch the interview in its entirety down below.

Let’s jump right into it. On Saturday, May 23rd, you made your return to TWE to face off with the returning Cole Radrick. What was your mindset heading into this one?

“I’m excited. I’m nervous. Like how I feel for every match. It’s another first-time match-up for me. I have not worked with Cole before. But I had the pleasure of watching him and Jamesen wrestle at the last TWE show. That was a good little preview for me because both of those boys can go. Jamesen is another great wrestler out of the southeast. So, I’m really excited to go into it. I’m nervous because I haven’t worked with him before. I don’t really know his little weaknesses or how to play mind games with him. But we’ll figure it out. We’ll figure it out. Also, we’re both crowd favorites heading into the match. It’s the dynamic of who’s going to be the one to get frustrated first. Who’s going to be the one to get a little dirty first? We’ll see. We’ll see tomorrow.”

TWE has somewhat become a home promotion of yours. What does it mean to represent TWE and fly their flag proudly?

“It means so much to me. I love TWE. I genuinely love that place so much. It’s such a historic company and a building. It’s just been built from so much hard work and so much love for the business and for that company. It’s one of the most positive and supportive environments I’ve ever been in. Everyone watches each other’s matches, everybody is there to give each other critiques, and everyone is there to support and help each other. They’re very picky about who’s in our locker room and who’s booked on the show. It’s only people who are trying to better themselves and better each other. There are no negative or toxic people in that locker room. It’s very curated, and it’s just one of my favorite places to be because of that. I take a lot of pride in being one of their people and one of their girls. Especially that crowd, too. That crowd is special. I just love performing in front of that crowd and in that building.”

The last time we saw you at TWE came in a double countout with Corinne Joy. Now, while this wasn’t a win or a loss for you, it seems we have some unfinished business here. What has it been like to work with Corinne Joy?

“Dude, I absolutely love Corinne. We’ve wrestled like eight times at this point, and we still have more to come. She is absolutely one of my favorite people to wrestle. We’ve learned each other like, we almost know each other’s moves and what we’re going to do as well as we know ourselves. So, it’s been very cool to be able to grow with her and offer each other different perspectives. We got into the business in different ways. She got into wrestling after watching the first Raw on Netflix. That was her first introduction to wrestling. She’s in a much newer generation of wrestling. She just took to it immediately. She’s so good. She’s so talented. She’s such a good performer, and her wrestling just gets better every time she wrestles. I really, truly think it’s just a matter of time before she gets signed somewhere. Somebody is going to scoop her up. So, I’m enjoying her while I have her.”

You also got to take part in the Cupid Cup, alongside your real-life partner, Shean Christopher. What was this like for you?

“The whole Cupid’s Cup thing was super fun. That was probably my favorite set of matches I’ve gotten to have with Shean. We’ve only tagged a handful of times, and that was initially because when I started wrestling, I was like, ‘I’m not just going to be your wife that wrestles, I’m going to be my own person, so I’m going to do my stuff, and then we can come back together.’ But those were definitely some of my favorite matches that we’ve had together. Of course, I feel way more at ease having him there with me. Those were just super fun matches, too. I think he and Grayson (Pierce) have really good chemistry together. He and Wall (Tyler Stevens) have really good chemistry. He loves working with both of those guys. So, we worked Grayson and Corinne in the Cupid’s Cup, but we also had another tag match with them at the SCI preview show. So we have really good chemistry with them as a couple, too. Would love to run that back again. I also owe Grayson because he superkicked me right in the face in the Cupid’s Cup, and that was super rude. So, I’d like to have a one-on-one with Grayson and kick his ass a little bit.”

For you, 2025 ended with The Thirst, alongside Kelsey Raegan, taking part in TWE. What has it been like forming this team with Kelsey and bringing it to TWE?

“Kelsey and I just knew each other online for a little while. Originally, she had a different character before, and then she molded into the character she has now, the bloodbath Burlesque character. We’ve always been supportive of each other, and we were like, you know, we’re both Vampires, we both have very cool and similar characters, like why don’t we capitalize on this? She actually moved to Georgia. She’s more in South Georgia, but she was originally in Florida. Now she’s in the same state as me, too. She was like, ‘Why don’t we just make this a thing?’ We tossed a bunch of ideas around together. We took some pictures together at a show we both happened to be at. We were both like, let’s put these out there and try to see something, let’s see if anyone bites on it. Ha, bites. But, TWE was like, ‘yeah, we definitely want to give you guys the platform to do this, we’ve been wanting to bring Kelsey in, we already have you, let’s do it.’ That was the first time we ever worked together, that show. We did the entrance on the fly. We kind of talked about what we were going to do, but we just went for it. And, I just felt like it flowed so well together. Having her energy to bounce off of and her lead to follow is so helpful to me. It’s so helpful to me to be more confident, especially in being a heel. She’s very comfortable being a heel. I have not always been the most comfortable. Having her to bounce off of and having her to guide and lead me has been super helpful. We also just got put together at the AWE Roar shows. So, we’ve been able to continue that chemistry and dynamic. It’s just nice because it doesn’t feel like we have to try too hard. It just comes very naturally, like the way that we move together, and our mannerisms and everything just flow very nicely. We’re just hoping that we can continue to get opportunities to wrestle together and tighten the actual in-ring work up together. Come up with some devastating finishers we got for people, and keep elevating each other and having another avenue other than just being successful singles wrestlers to also be successful in the tag world.”

You were also able to have a singles match at TWE last year against Kenzie Paige. What was it like to work with her and see everything she’s done for the Southeast wrestling scene?

“God, that still is one of my favorite matches that I’ve ever had. She’s so incredibly talented, and she’s always in. When I had my run in New South, and I was still managing Shean, she was there wrestling, and she was still on the come-up, just trying to get her name out there. She was just as good then, I mean, she’s become even better, but she was still killing it. We all knew she was the best wrestler in the locker room, and she’s the best wrestler in a lot of locker rooms. She can bring out the best in anybody. Being able to have that full circle moment and wrestle her, after being friends for so long, and being friends without me wrestling, it was just so cool to have that moment. She taught me so much in that match that I still use it now. She pushed me in that match. That was the first really challenging match, where I was just like, this is a lot, I don’t know if I’ll be able to keep up with her. I could. We had a really good match. That was a big turning point for me. It gave me a lot more confidence and gave me that click moment, where, you know, you have multiple click moments in wrestling where things just come together and start making more sense, and that match was one of those for me. She’s been another one who has become a mentor to me since I started wrestling. We had our match, and she’s been around down here a lot more, so she’s been there for me and been there to teach me something every time we work together or every time we’re on the same show together. She has something she can share with me and teach me. I feel very blessed and very grateful to have her around. I just hope we get to wrestle more so I can learn even more from her and have another banger with her.”

On Friday, you’ll be making your return to New South Pro. What is your mindset heading into this one?

“Well, my last match there was my cage match with Kaitlyn Marie for the New South Women’s Title. Unfortunately, I came up short. That was April 4th. It’s been almost two full months since I’ve been at New South. I’m very excited to return and see the fans again. But my focus hasn’t shifted from that woman’s title. Just know that I’m gunning for Kaitlyn Marie, no matter who I wrestle. She’s the goal.”

The last time we saw you at New South, you came up just short against Kaitlyn Marie for the New South Women’s Title in a Crimson Crypt match. What was it like for you to take part in this?

“That was a crazy match. That was my first cage match. I’ve been in some crazy stipulation matches, but a cage match is different. You feel so small in there. I don’t think people realize that the cage is a big structure, but you feel so small. It makes the ring feel so tiny. It feels like you have no room. It’s just a different type of feeling. Any time there’s weapons involved, it’s a little rougher, kendo sticks, chairs, doors we went through, I was very proud of that match and very proud of our work together. That finish was rough. I got piledriven through a door made into a table. That was rough. That took me out for quite a while. It was a very good match; I’m very proud of that match. I also praise Kaitlyn; she’s another great talent in the southeast, and another person I learn from every time I work with her. That’s another match I’m very proud of. So, everybody, check that one out. It’s Millbrook Mania from New South (on IWTV).”

The following night, you’ll be making your return to Blood & Honey against Bobbi Thunder. What is your mindset heading into this one?

“I’m going to whoop her ass. She’s another one I love. She’s another great talent. She’s another up-and-coming one. Everyone needs to keep their eyes on her, too. She’s got something special. I believe this is going to be her first time on a deathmatch show. I have the advantage over her there. She’s stepping into a new world, and I’m returning to one that I’ve already gotten to be a part of. I think it’ll be a lot of fun. We haven’t gotten to work with each other in a singles situation yet. We’ve been in a couple of multi-person matches together. But I love working with her every time I’ve gotten too. I’m really looking forward to this one, too, and the chaos that will ensue with both of our characters.”

What are your future goals?

“I just really want to keep getting better. I want to keep working on new promotions. I’d like to keep going to new states. As much as I love the southeast, I want to get out of it a little bit more. Like, go up north, go out to the West Coast, maybe go overseas, that would be cool. I desperately want to go to the UK. If anyone out there in the UK, Scotland, Ireland, England, is listening, want to bring me out there, I would love that. I just want to keep traveling as much as I can, keep getting better, keep working better, and get good promotions. I really would like to win some gold, hopefully before the year ends. If I don’t get it by this year, it’s still a goal in mind that I’d like to win my first championship. Maybe Kelsey and I can win some championships together. That would be another good accomplishment for me. I just really want to keep growing and improving and be able to keep living out this dream.”

Do you have anyone you’d really like to share the ring with?

“There are three that come immediately to mind. My ultimate number one dream match right now is Su Yung. I love that woman. I want to work with her so bad, and I feel like it would be such a cool dynamic for us to work together. Then, I’ve worked with them in a very brief eight-man tag. But the PsycHOTics, Leah Night and Amanda Kiss. I absolutely love those girls. They’re out of North Carolina, and they’re both incredibly talented. I’d love, love, love to have a singles match with both of them, or a tag match, Kelsey and I versus the PsycHOTics, would also be a really good match to have, I think. Those are the three that immediately come to mind that I would love to work with but haven’t gotten to yet.”
