West Coast Pro’s most recent show, Cruel Summer, took place on June 20th, 2026 from the United Irish Cultural Center in San Francisco, CA. The full event can be found on West Coast’s YouTube channel. Vinnie Massaro defending the West Coast Pro Championship against Adam Priest headlines this one, so let’s get to it.

The announcer is James Kincaid.

Before we get started, Adam Priest interrupts James Kincaid’s hype-up promo for the crowd, runs down women and joins commentary.

Opening Contest: Miko Alana vs. Zara Zakher

They lock up with Zara Zakher grabbing an early headlock. Shoulder block takes Alana down but an elbow misses and Alana gets a basement clothesline for two. Back elbow gets another two count. Clothesline misses allowing Zakher to hit a tornado DDT for two. Low dropkick to the back and a step-up enzuigiri. Spinebuster gets two for Zakher. Alana avoids a jumping kneestrike and hits German suplex. A series of short-arm clotheslines follow, and a Gory Bomb gets a close two. Zakher gets a kneestrike this time and a short rana for two. She tries a flatliner but gets caught in a fallaway slam from Alana. Vader Bomb by Alana gets another close two count. Zakher escapes a Tiger Driver and delivers her own German suplex and hits a cutter to win it. Fun and energetic opener. ***¼

Match Two: Cajun Catch Revival vs. New Fever

Alan Angels joins commentary for this one. Danny Orion starts with Jiah Jewell. After some trash talk from Orion, Jewell runs wild a bit and goes for a Gator Roll, but Shimbashi pulls his partner outside. Seabass Finn and Shimbashi tag in with Finn quickly on the offense. Big splash gets two. Orion pulls the rope down and Finn tumbles to the floor allowing New Fever to take control. Snap suplex by Shimbashi gets two. Orion misses a dive and Finn is able to tag in Jewell. Pump kicks for everyone and a Diamond Dust for Orion. He goes for the Gator Roll on Shimbashi, and we wind up with a double Gator Roll with all four guys involved which was pretty cool. Shimbashi grabs the referee and Orion nails Jewell with a buzzball (I have no idea what that is). Crucifix Bomb gets a close two for New Fever. Oh a buzzball is a drink apparently, as Orion takes a drink but accidentally mists Shimbashi, and CCR hit Gator Bait for the win! Excellent. ***

Match Three: Gary Jay vs. Lou Molinari

Some mat wrestling starts us off and Lou Molinari shoulderblocks Gary Jay down. Loud chop in the corner, but Jay shakes it off and gets his own chops. Jay with a headbutt but only gets a one count. More chops from Jay, but he runs into a powerslam from Molinari. Clotheslines and a forearm by Molinari, then a Falcon Arrow for two. Another attempt at a slam misses with Jay slipping out, and Jay hits a doublestomp to the head to knock out Molinari and get the pin. *½

Match Four: Travis Williams vs. Lee Moriarty

I’m expecting a technical masterpiece here. On cue, they trade a series of counters and reversals. Extremely crisp sequence there as they standoff and Travis Williams stomps the fingers. Lee Moriarty comes back with an armdrag and leg lariat. He goes after the left arm of Williams now, slamming the fingers on the mat and stomping the elbow. More counters leading to Williams dropping Moriarty on his knee and getting a dragonscrew legwhip. Williams catches a boot and gets another dragonscrew, then continues to work on the left leg. Moriarty manages to escape long enough to get a flapjack as both men look to recover. He sweeps the leg of Williams and hits a suplex with a bridge for two. Border City Stretch is applied now but Williams quickly rolls out and tries a Professional Lariat, but Moriarty catches him in a rear naked choke. Williams breaks out of that with a brainbuster for two and applies a single-leg crab. Williams tries a handspring but his arm gives out, though he’s still able to get a lariat and both men are down again. Moriarty blocks a figure-four attempt and hits a neckbreaker for two. Double-underhook suplex into a side slam gets the win for Moriarty. Tremendous as we all knew it would be. ****

Match Five: Tim Bosby vs. Alpha Zo

Tim Bosby stalls a bit to get some extra heat, then hops in and gets a waistlock takedown on Alpha Zo. Zo puts up his dukes and lights up Bosby with a series of strikes, knocking Bosby out to the floor. Outside, Zo chops Bosby some and before they can head back inside, Bosby trips Zo up on the apron and hits an apron powerbomb. Zo starts to come back inside but gets taken off his feet with a back elbow and backbreaker which gets two. Bosby puts on a bearhug but Zo fights out with elbows and lands a kneestrike. Zo kips up and gets an Emerald Flowsion for two. Bosby rakes the eyes and hits a powerbomb onto his knee for a two count. F5 is countered and Zo cracks him with a knee to the face, then goes up top. Bosby runs up the ropes like Kurt Angle and tosses Zo with a belly-to-belly for two. F5 is again countered with a rollup for two by Zo. Zo then hits a sidewinder slam for the three count. Another good match in a series of them tonight. ***¼

Match Six: West Coast Pro Golden Gate Championship – Andrew Cass (c) vs. Dustin Nguyen vs. Jesse Funaki vs. JT Thorne vs Michael Mori vs Taiga II

JT Thorne steals the belt and poses with it before the bell rings. He then bails out to the floor immediately and flips off the crowd until Taiga II hits a tope suicida. The remaining four go at it inside with Jesse Funaki hitting a big dropkick on Michael Mori. Taiga II dives back in with a crossbody for two. Dustin Nguyen gets a backbreaker and running elbow on Taiga II, then a low dropkick gets two. Andrew Cass jumps in with a Busaiku Knee as his right shoulder seems injured. Thorne pulls the champion outside and slams him into the ring apron repeatedly. Belly to back suplex by Thorne on Taiga II for a two count. Nguyen returns with some strikes to Thorne as Mori and Funaki return to the ring. Thorne rakes the eyes of Cass but then gets superkicked by all 5 of his opponents. Mori with a double back elbow but gets Dragon suplexed by Nguyen. Taiga II takes Nguyen out but gets hit with a suplex from Cass. On the apron now, and Funaki does a tope out to the floor. Cass follows with an Asai Moonsault. 450 Splash back inside on Thorne gives Cass the win to retain. **¾

Match Seven: Billie Starkz vs. Johnnie Robbie

Johnnie Robbie gets an armdrag and Billie Starkz returns in kind and they stand off. Robbie fires off a series of kicks and a Northern Lights suplex with a bridge for two. To the floor where Starkz pushes Robbie into the ringpost and hits a cannonball dive off the apron. Two count back inside as Starkz remains in control and spits on a fan. Stomp to the chest gets two. Multiple boots to the face and a slap, which fires up Robbie. Starkz catches Robbie and slams her back first into the turnbuckle. Electric Chair but Robbie rolls through for two. They trade strikes knocking both down. Robbie gets a running clothesline and kick to the head. Fisherman’s Suplex gets two for Robbie. Komigoye for another two. Kick is caught and Starkz delivers a knee to the face. She heads up but runs into a pump kick from Robbie. Codebreaker by Robbie sends Starkz to the floor again, and Robbie follows with a tope suicida. A second one connects, but Starkz manages a tornado DDT back inside for two. They fight over a superplex, won by Robbie, but Starkz gets an ushigoroshi and both are down once again. Starkz catches Robbie with a Tombstone, but a Swanton Bomb hits knees. Buzzball Clothesline gets two for Robbie. TYK connects, but a hooded person runs in to pull Robbie out, revealing themselves as Zara Zakher. Starkz is able to take advantage and hit the Swanton Bomb clean this time to get the victory. Crowd was into this one. ***

Match Eight: LaBron Kozone vs. Daniel Garcia

Garcia rolls out of an armbar attempt but Kozone stays on him and eventually gets a tilt-a-whirl backbreaker. Kozone gets some chops out on the floor, but Garcia manages to push him into the ring apron and stretches him on the ringpost. The fans want Garcia to do the dance which just irritates him as he mounts Kozone for some ground and pound. Bodyscissors is next which Kozone fights out of but quickly gets put into an abdominal stretch. Hiptoss breaks that one up for Kozone as he sweeps the leg and hits a senton. Michinoku Driver by Kozone gets two. Garcia manages to clip the leg and put on a guillotine choke. Kozone casually climbs the buckles with Garcia hanging off of him. Gutwrench suplex off the top rope from Kozone, which looked awesome. They trade forearms next and Garcia gets some clotheslines, but Kozone won’t go down. Kozone with an enzuigiri and an overhead belly-to-belly. Ballgame lariat hits but both guys are out. Garcia gets a Styles Clash (!) for a close two. Rings of Saturn is applied, but Kozone stands up out of that and hits a backbreaker followed by a stacked powerbomb for two. Boston Crab is on but Garcia reverses it into his own. He switches to a Dragon Tamer and leans back, and Kozone grabs his neck and delivers a brainbuster. Running forearm gets two for Kozone. Ballgame is caught and Garcia cradles him to steal the win. This one built well and turned into a war. ***½

Main Event: West Coast Pro World Championship – Vinnie Massaro (c) vs. Adam Priest

Vinnie Massaro has a mock Alabama Crimson Tide logo on his singlet, which obviously gets under Adam Priest’s skin. The champion lights up Priest with a series of fists and chokes him with his jacket. Priest draws the champ in and sticks him with a DDT. He connects with an uppercut and rake the eyes. Massaro catches him with a leg lariat and a twisting vertical suplex. Elbowdrop gets a two count. We head into the crowd for some brawling with Massaro on the offense the entire time. Priest catches him with a chop block back inside the ring and puts on a single-leg crab. He switches to a figure-four but Massaro gets to the ropes to break. Priest gets his own elbowdrop and climbs in the corner, but Massaro catches him and tosses him off. Suplex into the corner from the champion, who is now favoring his leg. Running Ligerbomb does land from Massaro for two. Priest shoves Massaro into the referee, sending the ref to the floor. As you’d expect, Priest immediately hits a low blow and grabs the title belt. Miko Alana runs out to cut off Priest and spits in his face. Priest looks for a piledriver but Alana backdrops him and hits an Air Raid Crash. She revives the referee as Massaro is back up now. Snoring Elbow connects but Priest kicks out at two. Massaro picks up Priest and gets spit in the face, so he hits a lariat. Priest rakes the eyes again, hits a chop block and gets a short piledriver. Another piledriver hits and Priest gets the win. We have a new West Coast Pro World Champion. Good for him, he deserves it. **¾

Alpha Zo comes out to ruin the celebration but Priest escapes before Zo can get the sidewinder slam.

Final Thoughts: A very good show from West Coast Pro here, with solid matches up and down the card. Priest winning the World Title should give the main event scene a jolt, which hopefully will lead to Alpha Zo finally getting the strap at some point. Williams vs. Moriarty was my personal favorite on the show, but Alana/Zakher and Kozone/Garcia were not far behind.
