In our over three years writing and discussing independent wrestling, we have done our best to provide the best possible coverage of so many wonderful promotions throughout North America. We at PWP want to let it be known that when we broke the Gener

ico news, that we did so with the green light given to us by those who told us. However, we have also been led to believe this may have had an adverse effect on the situation. To all those we may have affected in a negative fashion, I want to sincerely apologize.

We here at PWP have spent more than three years creating and fostering great relationships within the pro wrestling business. In no way do we want to risk these relationships in the zest to be correct and the first to break news. It has always been my intention to leave wrestling journalism to wrestling journalists. I feel that our website should create an atmosphere where independent wrestling can be promoted and focused on. I have never wanted us to be journalists in the purist form because we all have an active interest in seeing independent wrestling succeed. Not financial but for personal enjoyment. While we have the occasional TNA post and a weekly WWE television rundown, our top priority are the little guys, the people who are willing to risk themselves in front of 200 die hard fans. The wrestlers who are trying to make it into the big-time and on national television. The promoters who have a vision and want to make indy wrestling just a little bit better. This has always been my personal goal, and if we have in any way affected this vision through our actions, I apologize to them as well.

We would like to thank every single wrestler, promoter, referee, and announcer who has dedicated time to our airwaves. Most importantly, we want to thank every single person who has ever read one of our articles listened to our podcasts. Despite all the negatives of indy wrestling, your support constantly makes wrestling fun for us again. No matter who writes or runs the site, I hope you will continue to support us.

Once again, we apologize for any damage which may have been caused by our reporting in the El Generico WWE signing earlier this week.
