FANS BRING THE WEAPONS MATCH: BEAR COUNTRY VS. TEAM TREMENDOUS

The Fans Bring The Weapons Match has become an annual tradition at Heavy Lies The Crown, but this will be the first time there’s a Fans Bring The Weapons Tag Team Match on this show. Bear Country has been named the Ace Tag Team of Beyond Wrestling, while Team Tremendous want to show everyone that they’re the true Aces of Beyond. Bear Country have had a huge 2019 since their debut at Beyond Wrestling’s Uncharted Territory Season 1. They’ve defeated teams such as Violence Is Forever, The Butcher and The Blade, and The Beaver Boys. After defeating EYFBO at Americanrana ’19, Santana and Ortiz passed the torch to Bear Bronson and Bear Boulder, naming them the new Ace Tag Team of Beyond Wrestling.

This celebration didn’t last long as Team Tremendous attacked them from behind. It was deja vu from Uncharted Territory Season 1 Episode 12 where Bill Carr and Dan Barry attacked Bear Country following their loss to the rookie team. Both teams squared off again at “All Hands on Deck” in a Tag Team Tornado Match. This would be the rubber match between the two teams. Expect this match to be insane and not for the faint of heart.

LEGIT LEGENDS (CHUCK O’NEIL, KEVIN KU AND DOMINIC GARRINI WITH LARRY LEGEND) VS. TEAM PAZUZU (CHRIS DICKINSON, JAKA AND PINKIE SANCHEZ)

Since returning to Beyond Wrestling, Chuck O’Neil has been on a mission to make Beyond Wrestling “legit again.” In Season 2 of Uncharted Territory, O’Neil set his sights on Team Pazuzu and honorary member, Danhausen. He went on to defeat all three men in singles competition. During his match against Chris Dickinson, Larry Legend, a Team Pazuzu original, came out and joined forces with O’Neil. Violence Is Forever later joined the two men and they collectively became known as Legit Legends. The new force made their presence in the main event on the season finale of Uncharted Territory. Chris Dickinson took on Rickey Shane Page and this is where the Legit Legends came out and caused a disqualification in favor of Rickey Shane Page. They put a beating on both members of Team Pazuzu. The numbers game worked in favor of the Legit Legends until the lights went out. When the lights came back on, Jaka was standing in the middle of the ring. He then cleared house of the Legit Legends. Now with Jaka making his long anticipated return to Beyond Wrestling andTeam Pazuzu back together, will they be able to stop O’Neil and the rest of Legit Legends.

IWTV INDEPENDENT WRESTLING CHAMPIONSHIP MATCH: WARHORSE (C) VS. MANDERS

The setup to this championship match started at the Thanksgiving edition of Uncharted Territory. The IWTV All-Stars took on Team Beyond Wrestling in a 5-on-5 Elimination Match. WARHORSE and Manders were the survivors of their match. Following their victory, WARHORSE took to the mic but the celebration was cut short as Manders leveled the champion and got a visual 3 count on the champ.

WARHORSE has already held the IWTV Independent Wrestling Championship for over 100 days and made history by defending the championship more than any other previous champion. WARHORSE has defeated all challengers such as Matthew Justice, Orange Cassidy, Anthony Henry, AJ Gray, Curt Stallion, Gary Jay, Tony Deppen and John Silver. With both men having had a breakout year in 2019, there’s only one man that can enter 2020 as the Independent Wrestling Champion. Who will it be?

DAVID STARR VS. ERICK STEVENS

When Erick Stevens returned to a wrestling ring after a 9 year hiatus, he posted his wrestling wish list on Twitter. Through Beyond Wrestling he was able to cross 2 names off that list, one being Chris Dickinson and the other being KTB. On New Year’s Eve he will step into the ring with another man on the list, the “Independent” David Starr. Starr is looking to end his great 2019 with another victory in Beyond. The former Ace of Beyond Wrestling is also looking to pick up his first victory at Heavy Lies The Crown and redeem himself from last year’s embarrassing loss to Chris Dickinson, in a match that lasted less than 15 seconds. Expect a hard hitting contest between these two men.

KRIS STATLANDER VS. JOHN SILVER

In a rematch of 2018’s “Please Come Back” match, Kris Statlander will be squaring off against “The Meat Man” John Silver. This was a match that put Kris Statlander on the map, and since then Statlander has been on a big roll in Beyond Wrestling and the rest of independent wrestling. She started off 2019 by winning the Treasure Hunt Tournament, where she defeated David Starr, Jordynne Grace, and Chris Dickinson in the finals. By winning this tournament she was able to challenge for the IWTV Independent Wrestling Championship at any time. She later cashed in her opportunity and defeated Orange Cassidy to win the championship. She’s has also had incredible matches on Uncharted Territory against Joey Janela, Josh Briggs, Nick Gage, Mercedes Martinez and Anthony Greene.

John Silver hasn’t quite been on a role this season of Uncharted Territory, but one thing has been consistent for Silver, and that’s great matches. If the end result is a win or a loss, Silver has had great matches against Christian Casanova, Daniel Garcia, Orange Cassidy and Jake Atlas. Can Silver get back on his winning ways and bring that momentum into 2020?

JOSH BRIGGS VS. ANTHONY GREENE WITH GUEST REFEREE: AVA EVERETT

Both Josh Briggs and Anthony Greene are no strangers to eachother. They’ve been the best of friends and the bitterest of enemies in multiple promotions across the US. These two men have also faced off inside a Beyond Wrestling ring before, most recently on the main event of Uncharted Territory Season 1 Episode 16. After this match, the two men began to team together. All that came to an end during the Pride of New England Tournament For Tomorrow. In the opening round to the tournament, CJ Cruz picked up the upset victory over Greene. Later on that night, Greene came out to ringside in Josh Briggs’ match against Alec Price. Greene tossed Platinum Hunnie Ava Everett into the ring, causing the referee to get distracted and allowing Greene to enter the ring, costing Briggs his match with a superkick to the face.

This past Thursday, Briggs had an opportunity against the IWTV Independent Wrestling Champion, WARHORSE, with the title on the line. Once again, Greene showed up at ringside in the middle of the match. Ava came out to talk some sense into Greene, but this didn’t work as Greene stepped up onto the apron. Ava followed trying to stop conflict. Briggs ended up giving Ava a big boot to the face, a boot that was intended for Greene. Greene regrouped to the back, as Briggs attended to Ava and bringing her backstage. Briggs ended up losing the match by count out, as he wasn’t able to make it back to the ring in time.

Recently announced was the added stipulation of Ava Everett as the special guest referee. As both men battle to see who is the “King of New England,” you have to wonder if Ava Everett will call this match down the middle.

TONY DEPPEN VS. CHRISTIAN CASANOVA

Tony Deppen started off Season 2 of Uncharted Territory by stealing a spot from Matt Makowski in the Discovery Gauntlet. He went on to defeat Daniel Garcia on Episode 1 and going on a four match winning streak before losing his weekly spot. At Heavy Lies The Crown he faces a former competitor in the Season 1 Discovery Gauntlet, Christian Casanova.

Casanova began Season 2 as a part of the faction, Club Cam. He quickly cut ties with Cam Zagami’s group and showed the Beyond Wrestling audience what he could do on his own. He ended Season 2 by defeating Richard Holliday in the finals of the Pride of New England Tournament For Tomorrow. After his win he challenged Tony Deppen to a match on New Year’s Eve. Can Casanova gain a victory against what many consider one of the best independent wrestlers in the business today?

WHEELER YUTA VS. FRED YEHI

Wheeler YUTA has been a Beyond Wrestling regular since his debut in 2017. He’s faced some of the top wrestling stars in the business today inside a Beyond ring, including MJF, Matt Riddle, Jonathan Gresham and David Starr, to name a few. This Tuesday he steps into the ring with Fred Yehi, someone that has also faced some of the top names in wrestling. On Season 2 Episode 11 of Uncharted Territory, Wheeler YUTA and Leyla Hirsch picked up a win against AC Mack and Fred Yehi. Yehi wasn’t happy the loss and got in the face of YUTA. This contest between these two men will be a technical clinic. You won’t want to miss this.

NICK GAGE VS. SLADE

Slade made his official Beyond Wrestling debut last Thursday on the season finale of Uncharted Territory. He entered the Discovery Gauntlet and made quick work of the defending Aaron Rouke, defeating him in under 2 minutes. Dina Rae made her usual post-match interview, she asked what’s next for Slade. As she handed over the microphone to Slade, he simply answered, Nick Gage. This will be a match between two of the most scariest and dangerous people in wrestling today. Enough said.

BRANDON THURSTON VS. DANIEL GARCIA

The Buffalo Boys do battle as Brandon Thurston takes on “Red Death” Daniel Garcia. It’s teacher vs. student, as Garcia takes on the man that trained him at the Grapplers Anonymous Pro Wrestling Training School. Thurston has become one of the most hated wrestlers to step foot inside a Beyond Wrestling ring, mostly due to his underhanded tactics in his feud against Jay Freddie. As for Daniel Garcia, he immediately became a crowd favorite when he scored a shocking victory over Christian Casanova during Season 1 of Uncharted Territory. Can Garcia defeat Thurston and show that he will be a big time player going into the new year?
