Congratulations to Heath Slater and Justin Gabriel of Nexus on winning championships that nobody gives a shit about. Well, that’s not really fair, lots of wrestling fans care about tag team wrestling. But clearly nobody writing for the WWE does, because the belts look like giant pennies and haven’t been booked intelligently in a looong time. You may have noticed that the continuing trend of these cartoons is that the WWE writers are terrible at their jobs. It’s because they’re terrible at their jobs. Which makes it SO much easier to come up with jokes about WWE than the various indy promotions.

I wish they’d just do away with the tag titles altogether. They’ve conditioned the fans not to care about them anyway.
